Yesterday I spent the day walking the paths and forest floors of Mount Warning, New South Wales, just off the Queensland boarder of Australia. It was incredible. Mount Warning is considered one of eight must sees within Australia. The walk up Mount Warning is 8.8km. The summit is around 1160m above sea level.
I was joined by my father and my three angels. We began on the path, making our way to the summit in just under two and a half hours. The kids kept dad and I in toe, as we seem to keep getting lost in our own thoughts and within the exuberance that surrounded us. Every tree, every rock, every step that our feet were placed, every sight that our eyes graced – we couldn’t get enough of it. We breathed in all that was her glory, and breathed out our blissful gratitude and love for all that was.
